Feasibility Study

how we can help

From Budgeting to Lease Acquisition and Everything In Between

Feasibility Studies Help Companies Understand Everything Associated with Upcoming Project.

RSI can provide a Feasibility Study for your company in preparation for any new lease, renewal, or purchase negotiations including any targeted facilities under consideration. The study will consist of an all-inclusive assessment which will incorporate any estimated costs associated with each property under consideration. This comprehensive project review provides you with all relevant information to be fully considered. Our Feasibility Study will address all significant areas of potential concern.

The project assessment will include the following:

  •  RSI will fully program your project deliverable, meaning we will gather and document all project requirements and goals
  • We will conduct a full facility tour of both current and potential future sites, while documenting in detail all relevant information for the requested project scope
  • We provide our client with all pertinent information to be fully considered and identify any potential areas of concern
