Project Overview
ROSS Corp brought RSI in to cost and plan a phased relocation. RSI met each department head to review current and future layouts, headcounts, support services and storage, then documented every special requirement, sequencing dependency, constraint and concern.
RSI toured each department and inventoried all existing FF&E by room, recording size, material, colour and condition. We took part in construction meetings throughout the deliverable schedule and produced a phased move schedule per department, along with the pre-move coordination needed for a smooth transition into the new facility.
