Project Overview
Toyota Material Handling Midsouth is a locally operated equipment and warehouse solutions dealership serving businesses across the Midsouth, covering new and used equipment, rental, service and parts.
They came to RSI on a referral from a previous client, moving into a new space and starting from scratch. RSI was hired as they began looking at interior finishing and ended up managing the entire interior upfit: full on-site vendor occupancy and oversight, interior design, test fits and FF&E, plus management of low voltage, electrical, furniture installation and security vendors. The finished spaces include training rooms, breakroom areas, a reception area and both shared and private offices.
