Project Overview
PHC Home Health is a Medicare-certified agency across North and South Carolina providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapies and personal care in patients’ homes. Founded in 2003, they help patients stay independent with 24/7 support for daily living and specialised care.
The client had hired movers directly for their office relocation but needed help with the files and furniture. RSI managed the decommission and movement of confidential medical files, handled all vendors on the client’s behalf and coordinated the new furniture installation. Our designers and project managers worked with the PHC team on finishes and furniture, presenting options and working through selection, timeline and budget.
