Project Overview
Focus-MD is a medical practice treating children and adults with ADHD and related conditions, offering objective testing, medical treatment and behaviour modification strategies.
RSI provided program management, consulting and construction management to establish multiple clinics across the Southeast. The turnkey projects covered site selection, budgeting, GC and vendor RFPs and selection, construction management and vendor coordination. Working closely with the architect, general contractor and stakeholders, RSI kept each build on schedule and within budget across Charlotte, Richmond, Charleston, Greensboro and Greenville, SC.
