Project Overview

Spinrite is North America’s largest marketer of craft yarn and thread, selling coast to coast through retailers including Walmart, Amazon and Michaels.

RSI was hired first for a feasibility study and expiration of lease review to establish how the property had to be handed back to the landlord. We then managed the project in full, including multiple vendors: emptying the space of existing Knoll furniture, demolishing about a quarter of it and taking the rest into FF&E inventory. On our recommendation the client salvaged and palletised the remainder, and RSI coordinated shipping, logistics and long-term storage for future use. RSI also handled the construction management and vendor occupancy that converted the space, and continues to handle this national client’s market annually.
