Project Overview
Catawba County brought RSI in as a consultant ahead of the move into their new Justice Center. The brief was a move schedule covering six departments and every dependency and constraint between them, transitioning over 100 staff within a month of the new building being completed.
RSI worked one on one with subject matter experts across the county’s staff, from Criminal to Juvenile file specialists, to categorise dependencies by frequency and capacity. After nearly six months classifying more than 60,000 linear inches of files, we began execution and moved close to a mile of files originating in the Clerk of Courts office.
